Evening Courses
The standard evening courses with 2 or 3 lessons per week are designed for clients that want to attend classes regularly and develop foreign language abilities at their own speed. The evening refresher courses are for clients with an intermediate language knowledge that need to get their skills up to speed within a short period of time.
Brush Up Course
- 3 lessons of 45 minutes per week
- 1 evening weekly, 18.00-20.30h
- Beginner to Advanced levels
- Participants: maximum 6
- Age: 16+
- Duration: 10 weeks
The Brush Up course provides an overview of English grammar and enables students to practice their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills within specific everyday situations. If you are not quite ready to tackle a First Certificate or are looking for a short but intensive language refresher course at the intermediate level, the Brush Up course is what we recommend.
Standard 2
- 2 lessons of 45 minutes per week
- 1 evening weekly, 18.00-19.30h or 19.00-20.30h
- Beginner to Advanced levels
- Participants: maximum 8
- Age: 16+
The Standard 2 Course follows the same model as the Standard 3 Course. Progress from one CEF-level to another (e.g. A1-A2) takes about 12 months.
Standard 3
- 3 lessons of 45 minutes per week, 18.00-20.30h
- 1 evening weekly
- Beginner to Advanced levels
- Participants: maximum 6
- Age: 16+
To learn a language well takes time. This course has been designed for those, who would like to learn a language and take their time to do so. Like our intensive courses, this course builds on a prepared syllabus. Progress from one CEF-level to another (A1-A2) takes about 9 months.These courses (3 lessons per week) are especially recommended at the beginner and elementary levels.
Bridge Course
- 3 lessons of 45 minutes per week
- 1 evening weekly, 18.00-20.30h
- Beginner to Advanced levels
- Participants: maximum 6
- Age: 16+
- Duration: 10 weeks
Did you pass the FCE several years ago and now want to resume learning English? If yes, the Bridge Course is what you need. Designed to re-activate your skills, this course is topic-based and features original, authentic material such as newspaper articles or TV broadcasts on stimulating contemporary topics. It allows your to broaden your English horizon, extend your vocabulary and eliminate individual weaknesses before possibly attempting the CAE.
